It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Jessica Fuentes. Her work experience and knowledge helped so much through the process of buying our first home. Going into buying our first home we were nervous and didn’t know where to begin. Jessica didn’t let us down and gave us guidance through each step. She was always dedicated to her work and us. Knowing the market and the way houses went fast she never turned us down when we wanted to go look at a listing. Jessica even showed us houses after hours at night. She was always quick to respond and never let us sitting to wonder if she was going to call or email back. Considering our jobs and school she worked around our schedules and was willing to work with me through email, which can be a pain. Her patience with us was greatly appreciated. I know first time home buyers, including us, can be picky and a hassle to deal with, but her understanding she never let us feel that way. We felt very welcome and comfortable with her. Showings of listings were great. The many questions we had were answered right then and there. There was never an answer given that we did not walk away without understanding. Every detail and question was put into terms we could understand and as a first time home buyer it makes the experience much easier. When it came down to the loan, inspections and signing she was there to help us figure out what was best for us. Her suggestions never failed. In fact her lead to our loan advisor was the best move we made. We started out getting pre-approved with another company that gave us a much higher rate. Since Jessica recommended another advisor for our loan we got the best rate on our house, which in turn led us to a great house payment. Without Jessica our dreams of the perfect house would have never been as easy and less painful if she was not there for us. I will forever recommend her as a realtor and appreciate the dedication of service she provided for us.
