My name is Stephanie Canto. I have been selling Real Estate since 1992. I was born and raised in San Jose, California and have lived on and off in Bakersfield since the 70’s. I attended West High School. I love selling Real Estate and enjoy Buyer’s and Seller’s alike however, I truly delight in first time Buyers & educating them on the process which will give them a life long model to follow as knowledge is powerful. I began my career in February 1992 with Century 21 and continued working there for 11 years where I was Top Producer many times. I was also the office trainer, coach & motivator for the new Agents. For a period of time I managed the office while the Broker/Owner was on leave due to brain surgery. My partner and I were involved in new home sales & sold out two subdivisions. In 2005 I obtained my Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license and opened up a Brokerage (Creative Property Locators) which is still in existence. I have a wide range of experience. In addition to homes, manufactured homes & lots, I also have extensive experience with historic homes as I sold property in Jerome Arizona which is an historic Ghost/Mining Town. I have experience as well with ranch property (acreage), including properties with wells. I love to world travel. I have also lived in Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica & France. Beginning 1992 my Real Estate territory in Arizona has been Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood, Clarkdale & the entire Verde Valley.
